Enjoying the choices

Are you like me and find it really difficult to decide what to buy at a market stall? I am always overwhelmed by choice and, rather than make a decision I think I might regret, I leave without anything and then regret that.
This week's workshop, Choices, is about the choices we make in our life with our time.
If I'm at a market stall with £5, I can weigh up what I want to spend that £5 on.
If I have the whole day/week/month/year ahead of me, I can similarly weigh up what I want to spend each minute on.
Often we don't know what we really want. Like I with my indecision over what to buy at that market stall, we can procrastinate over what we want to spend our time on and then regret that we misspent it.
This weekend I wished I had twice the amount of time I actually had. I chose to have a non-work day on Saturday and split Sunday up between work and pleasure. But I could have done with more time.
Maybe if I had £10 to spend at those market stalls it might be easier...
Book now for this week's Life Clubs workshop. When time is so tight right now, it's great to think about what choices you're going to make.
Best wishes,
Nina
